The Bipeds, Durham’s weirdest dance-music troupe, present an ongoing series of short live music & live dance collaborations. A place to try out new ideas and polish diamonds in the rough. Featuring a rotating cast of exciting, cutting edge, and veteran dancers and musicmakers, it’s guaranteed to make you want to move around. This edition will feature Betty Adorno, Rainey Scarborough, Mimi Luse (Permanent), Jody Cassell, Morgan Fleming, Shana Adams, Stacy Wolfson, Curtis Eller & More!

Please contact us if you would like to propose a piece to showcase. It can be an existing piece, a work-in-progress or pure improvisation. The only rule is that it must combine movement and live music.
