Movie Loft presents “UFOria”

The Harry Dean Stanton Appreciation Society looks to the skies with the quirky sci-fi comedy UFOria (1981)!

Continuing its year-long celebration of lesser-known works from slouchy thespian Harry Dean Stanton, Movie Loft invites you to shake off your post-Valentine’s whatevers with this overlooked tale of greed and faith.

Con-man and drifter Sheldon (Fred Ward) reunites with old friend and large-scale grifter Brother Bud (Harry Dean Stanton) for hijinx, but ends up falling for grocery store clerk and UFO believer Arlene (Cindy Williams). With extraterrestrial visions comes a set of reckonings for everyone involved.

Never released on DVD, we’ll be screening this gem on glorious VHS!
