Colin Dekeersgieter is a poet, editor, and teacher. His debut collection, Opium and Ambergris, was selected by Marilyn Chin for the 2023 Stan and Tom Wick Poetry Prize. His work has appeared in Pleiades, Brink, The Greensboro Review, North American Review, and elsewhere. Colin holds an MA from the CUNY Graduate Center, an MFA from New York University, and is pursuing a PhD at UNC, Chapel Hill.
Jubilo Tommy White is a medically complex and neurodivergent poet, researcher, and educator in Durham. They have published poetry only sporadically, over the course of Crip time, in Bat City Review, Stone of Madness, Wordgathering, Frontier Poetry, Eratio, and OCHO. Their scientific papers appear in Gay & Lesbian Mental Health, Women & Health, Pediatric Oncology, Oncology Nursing Forum, and elsewhere. White was a member of the former PhillySound; they studied poetry and translation at Temple University before their graduate studies in public health.
