Secret Astronomer presents an exploration of distortion, duality, turntables, and strings!

Join us for a 3-day performance art party and immersive art show with a pop-up art interactive installations, featuring a burlesque show, a turntablist and string player conversational performance, a distortion party, and a live scored experimental film/visuals presentation. Featuring Sweet Lady V, Ugly Fabio, DJ Halo, Majid Araim (ATL), sister,brother, Spookstina, Cool Boy 36, Ben Felton, Shayla Thornton, and more to be announced!

Fri, June 20th, 7-10 pm SOLSTICE EVE, The Intro
THE BODY ORCHESTRA – pairing burlesque dancers with string instruments, a merger of body and sound.
HOW TO TALK TO STRANGERS – a pairing of scratch turntablists with string players where they will “talk” to each other through their instruments.

Sat, June 21st, 5-9PM – SOLSTICE DAY, The Crescendo
THE DISTORTION PARTY – a disparate and increasingly distorted and loud noise show with live visuals, featuring artists who use either or both, turntables and strings

Sun, June 22nd, 5-9PM – SOLSTICE SHADOW, The Outro
THE VISUALS OUTRO – a presentation of live scored experimental video/film collaborations.
