Celebrating the release of Fred L. Joiner’s new book of poetry!

Carrboro poet and curator Fred L. Joiner has a new book of poetry called The Mirror In Our Music out now via Birds LLC. Come celebrate!

The night will include readings by Fred Joiner, Nathaniel Mackey, Tyree Daye, Destiny Hemphill and Tsitsi Ella Jaji.

Featuring live music by Nicole Mitchell, Joe Westurland and Butler Knowles and original short films by Ben Felton.

Doors 6:30 pm / Show 7 pm. Admission $5-20 suggested, Cash/Venmo/Square at the door. BYO or sample what’s on hand for a donation.
